President’s Day was held on Sunday 13th September, this is the final bowling event of the season and the weather was very kind given it was well in to September. The bowlers enjoyed a warm sunny day with some very good bowling As usual the competition was a round robin of two groups with all games consisting of 6 ends, a break for lunch and ending with a final between the winners of each group. The final saw Eddie Eyres and Linda Lees play against Maria Rules Hazzard and Greg Dimelow. Congratulations to Maria and Greg who won a close final game 7 – 6.
